18. Chocolate Christmas Pudding Truffles
They are covered in a delicious milk chocolate shell, drizzled with white icing, and decorated with mini Holly Leaves! Everyone always gives such good compliments about these – and they are the perfect little gift for Christmas! I use a mixture of Milk & Dark chocolate in my Truffles as I like them to be rich, but not as rich as completely Dark Chocolate – but feel free to use all milk (add 50g more) or just Dark Chocolate (use 400g).
Also, I add some salt to my mixture because I utterly LOVE and adore salty chocolate and sweet foods, it’s just my absolute favourite. I wouldn’t recommend using White Chocolate, however, as that could end up tasting a little bit odd. Also, the ganache you need to make is completely different to the recipe. It’s one of the best Christmas recipes and for those of you who love puddings, you are gonna love it.

You’ll be surprised how easy it is to make truffles at home! It required no special candy-making skills or equipment. With this method, you melt and cool milk chocolate, roll it into balls with chopped almonds and dip it into melted white chocolate. To make these festive for the holidays, I also drizzled the chocolate almond truffles with melted red and green candy. You could leave them to step out or substitute other colours for different occasions. Almond is really healthy and you are gonna love it once you try these Christmas recipes.

14. Kahlua Chocolate Truffles
If you’ve never made homemade chocolate truffles before, you’re in for a treat! Since Kahlua is a coffee liqueur, and coffee plays so well with chocolate, I just knew this flavor combination would be a hit. I also added a teaspoon of espresso powder to really amp up the flavour and balance out the sweetness.
You can find espresso powder at most grocery stores, or order it online! I definitely don’t recommend skipping it, because it adds a great flavour! These truly are quite simple in their make-up ~ the centers are a basic chocolate ganache, which is just chocolate and cream melted together. These are one of the delicious Christmas truffles I have ever come across.

13. Gingerbread OREO Truffles
These Gingerbread OREO Truffles are easy holiday treats that are great for Christmas parties, cookie exchanges, and gifting! The favourite part of helping is placing a decorative gingerbread man sprinkle on top of each truffle. The recipe only calls for three ingredients, Oreos, cream cheese and a chocolate coating.
For these little jewels, I dipped them in the chocolate almond bark instead of the vanilla almond bark. As soon as they are dipped and while the chocolate is still warm, I sprinkle them with candy beads. So simple to make yet so decadent! These holiday truffles take about 30 minutes to make and friends and family will love the flavour! Plus they are so stinkin’ cute with the tiny little gingerbread men on top!!

S’more Truffles with a marshmallow filling, chocolate shell, and graham crackers. No fire needed for this, no bake homemade candy! Sticky hands and open flames aside, I love s’mores. The perfect balance of crunchy marshmallows, toasty warm marshmallows and chocolate. The way the chocolate softens and starts to melt when you mash it between graham crackers with the hot marshmallow? Yum.
A s’more truffle captures all that goodness and rolls it into an easy no-bake candy ball. S’mores remind me most of the summer, but with this S’more Truffle recipe, you can make them all year long.

9. Condensed Milk Truffles
You won’t be able to resist these delicious condensed milk truffles … They are so simple to make and …so good! A pure chocolaty and savoury treat! You will only need two ingredients to make this recipe: so easy and handy! You will be delighted by the result… Try this homemade recipe right now, trust me! To make these delicious truffles, nothing could be simpler, all you need is sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder!
The mixture of the two gives a paste that will harden slightly in the refrigerator. You can then cut squares out of the paste and shape them into balls. All you have to do is coat them with cocoa powder, and it’s ready! Be careful, you have to use sweetened condensed milk! It has a thick and sticky texture which is important for the recipe, as it will give the dough its consistency. Unsweetened condensed milk has more of a milk texture and will not work!

8. Oreo Cookies and Cream Truffles
These Oreo cookies and cream truffles are about as no-fuss as a dessert can be! They’re basically a cheater truffle. To make them all you do is stir together finely crushed Oreo crumbs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until combined, then use a small cookie scoop to scoop balls of the mixture and freeze until firm, like 30 minutes or so. Once firm, you dunk them in melted chocolate and let them harden and…you’re done!

6. Almond Truffles
Almond truffles have a double dose of almond flavour. The ganache is flavoured with almond paste, and the finished truffles are rolled in a coating of crushed, toasted almonds. You can make a homemade almond paste, or 7-ounce packages of almond paste are available in the baking aisle of many supermarkets. Unlike regular truffles, there’s no waiting for the filling to chill. You can begin dipping, dunking, rolling right away. You’re going to dip these almond truffles into melted dark chocolate. I like to use semi-sweet chocolate, but you can use bittersweet instead. Milk or white chocolates work too!

3. Red Velvet Cake Truffles
Red velvet cake truffles are balls of delicious red velvet cake mixed with real cream cheese frosting. The cake balls are then dipped in candy coating for a moist, sweet, and tangy cake bite in candy form. This recipe is very versatile. You can use other flavours of cake, frosting, or candy coating with great success. For a very easy variation, simply skewer them on lollipop sticks to make red velvet cake pops. Be warned that the red cake tends to show through the white coating, so if you want perfectly white candies, you will probably need to dip these truffles twice. This is one of the best delicious Christmas truffles I have ever tasted and trust me you are gonna love it so much.
