The Princess Nojito

Not your normal mojito!! This non-alcoholic Nojito mocktail is based off of the nojito served on Princess cruises. I’m a citrus girl all the way, so it’s no wonder I loved this drink. But little did I know – this is not your run of the mill mojito mocktail. I learned that a mojito is just mint and lime, and in this drink grapefruit juice is used. So I did what only made sense, and I looked at a menu. Sure enough, it said “a non-alcoholic spin on the classic cocktail, fresh lemon and limes, fresh mint, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, topped with club soda.” That’s how I know it’s a nojito. It’s one of my best Valentine day drinks and I am pretty sure you will be too after you taste it.
