Healthy Lemon Sorbet

Lemon Sorbet……!! I love lemon flavor very much but never thought I would fall for lemony flavor even in my dessert, yes I loved it so much. Sorbet is a frozen dessert made from sweetened water with flavoring (typically fruit juice or fruit puree). Sorbet is basically a water + sugar + fruit combo frozen, churned well to break the ice crystals to get a smoother finish. When I saw this lemon sorbet when I was googling for ice cream recipes, I had no excuse as it was so easy and with just 3 main ingredients it tempted me to try at that instant. I wasn’t sure whether it would really turn out like how a sorbet would be like or taste like but to my surprise, it came out soooo goood. I enjoyed the sorbet to the core, perfect for this summer.

10. Lemon Magic Custard Cake

Lemon Magic Custard Cake

I’ve been hearing about these lemon desserts. One batter, three layers. Magic. It’s a rainy evening and there’s nothing good to watch on TV. I have nothing better to do, so why not give it a whirl? So if I do this correctly, the top layer should be cake; the middle layer a custard; and the bottom layer a stiffer custard layer, more like flan. The one thing I will note is that the battery itself will be more like a crepe batter, so don’t be alarmed if you were expecting the batter to have a normal cake batter consistency.
